Once an offer has been accepted, we check the validity of the offer by requesting proof of funds. We also ask all buyers to pass ID checks as per AML and KYC.

Sales memorandum

Once a sale has been agreed, we create a 'Memorandum of Sale' document with all the information for the solicitors to progress the sale.
